An opportunity exists to purchase the assets of a leading a leading importer of porcelain and glass tiles and provides wholesale sales to trade and retail customers. .

The purchase will be executed at the earliest opportunity.  All interested parties will be requested to make an offer for the assets at the earliest opportunity and specifically deal with Middleton Barton Asset Valuation Limited as appointed agent on behalf of the Vendor.

• Bulk quantities likely to be of interest to trade buyers
• Extensive inventory of warehouse equipment, tile cutters and materials handling equipment

Sales Process:

• A Full Stock List and Asset List is available upon request
• Offers are invited for the entire inventory as a single lot
• Offers must be made of the basis that any buyer is responsible for all costs of removal
• Removal must be completed immediately upon acceptance of an offer
• All sales will be subject to a Buyers Premium of 15% +VAT (at the prevailing rate)
• All sales are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate
