An opportunity exists to purchase the business and assets of a company providing cleaning services to clients based in the Midlands and North of England.  The company’s head office employs approximately 40 staff and directly employs a field force of cleaners of approximately 350 cleaners.  The company provides cleaning services to 80 customers who typically enter 2 or 3-year fixed term agreements for the supply of cleaning services.

The purchase will be executed at the earliest opportunity.  All interested parties will be requested to sign a non-disclosure agreement and specifically deal with Middleton Barton Asset Valuation Limited as appointed agent on behalf of the Vendor.
