Share Sale Opportunity:
An opportunity exists to purchase the entire issued share capital of Sun Care Living Limited.
The purchase will be executed a the earliest opportunity. All interested parties will be requested to sign a non-disclosure agreement and specifically deal with Middleton Barton.
Asset Valuation Limited as appointed agent on behalf of the Vendor.
Best and final bids for the Shareholding to be submitted in accordance with the bids invitation document which is available upon request.

Auction Bidding Process:
- Best and final bids for the entire share capital of the company must be submitted to the Auctioneer Middleton Barton Asset Valuation Limited no later than 12 noon on Friday 31st July 2026
- Bids must be supported with proof of funding
- Biss must be made in GB Pounds for an exact amount
- Accelerating bids or bids made with reference to another bid will not be considered
- The Auctioneer reserves the absolute right to reject any and all bids at their sole discretion
