Middleton Barton Valuation provides a complete service, from valuation to the sale of businesses and disposal of all assets including property, across all business sectors. It would be difficult to name an industry sector that we have not worked within or an asset category we have not sold.

We aim to provide rapid and effective sales for our clients, using a variety of established and proven industry methods namely auction (on-line or traditional); private treaty/tender or by using our website so as to maximise returns and keep costs as low as is possible.

Auction

Depending on the nature of the assets Middleton Barton Valuation will either host a traditional auction or use “third party” state of the art web technologies and proven marketing expertise to host an on-line auction. This method enables us to reach the largest network of qualified buyers from around the world, quickly and in a cost effective manner thus maximising realisations and keeping costs low.

Private Treaty / Tender

In some particular circumstances (where they maybe little time to sell the assets) it is better and more cost effective for Middleton Barton Valuation to approach and market assets to a defined group of buyers that we transact with on a regular basis. We have an extensive database of potential buyers who are interested in buying a variety of assets from a wide range of industry sector at short notice.
