An opportunity exists to purchase the business and assets of a northwest based commercial bakery founded in 2003. The business produces a wide range of baked goods, including bread, flatbreads such as pitta and wraps, pastries and biscuits. The business primarily supplies its products wholesale to supermarkets and other retailers. It has invested in industrial baking equipment to expand production capacity, diversify its product range and support growth through larger supply contracts.
