Business Opportunity:
An opportunity exists to purchase the business and assets of a business of a wholesale bakery and cake manufacturer
The purchase will be executed at the earliest opportunity. All interested parties will be requested to sign a non-disclosure agreement and specifically deal with Middleton Barton Asset Valuation Limited as appointed agent on behalf of the Vendor.
Business Overview:
- Established business with track record
- Manufactures a range of ambient, chilled and frozen bakery products
- Produces muffins, cookies, traybakes, individual cake bars, celebration cakes, tarts, hot puddings and vegan cake products
- Production is undertaken from a BRC-accredited bakery facility of circa 25,000 sq. ft
- Supplies coffee shop operators, restaurant groups, wholesale distributors, caterers and national retail customers.
- Undertakes bespoke and own-label manufacturing for third party brands and retailers
