Business Opportunity:
An opportunity exists to purchase a market leading maintenance division of a large independent elevator company.
Our client intends to focus on elevator installation and refurbishment projects.
The purchase will be executed at the earliest opportunity.
All interested parties will be requested to sign a non-disclosure agreement and specifically deal with Middleton Barton Asset Valuation Limited as appointed agent on behalf of the Vendor.

- 1,115 repeat income maintenance contracts (£1.43m annual fixed premium)
- Sale of repair order book associated with the above maintenance contract (£450k)
- Optional TUPE of staff associated with the delivery of the above contracts (redacted list, job role, qualification and salary)
- Optional sale of company owned vans associated with the service routes
